When Rich initially rang my doorbell, I would only speak to him via my doorbell as I do not open my door to unscheduled callers. He was very polite and we agreed to a return visit the next day. I had been considering changing my security provider for some time as I was not happy with their service for the last 2 years so it was fate that he rang my doorbell. He was very prompt and he explained who he was and why he was with Fluent. We reviewed my current service, what I was looking for, and came up with a new plan at a lower price. He was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions, many of which I imagine most "older" clients don't ask.While he was here, he called Garret to come and install the new equipment I needed and to rest everything. I remember Garret as he had been to my house with my other provider before they were bought out so I was sure I was in good hands. Garret also was very knowledgeable, and we were able to quickly get my new system up and running. I had a couple of questions and he answered them all and did a couple of tweaks to a couple of the cameras to cover better angles.All in all, I am very pleased with the switch and Rich and Garret were wonderful.

Rich Leetham came over and installed our system along with Kylee. And answered all of my questions. Rich even came back later and helped update my panel on the wall. I like the aspect that you can rewind and see longer clips on the camera system. I like the fact that they care about what they do and even after everything is said and done they check in and see how I am doing not just as a customer however as a person. I would recommend this system to anyone if they have ant questions about security.

We've been with Fluent Home for about 6 years and would highly recommend them for home alarm systems. It was time to upgrade our equipment. Aaron and Jayson were both amazing, great communication, took the time to walk us through our options. Rich was awesome getting our new camera's installed.
