- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upon our onsite estimate we will provide transparent price for each item in each room. Breaking out our pricing gives you peace of mind but also provides a clear understanding in your priorities and the budget you've set.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calling our line will put you with our owner Rick Millen, He will come to your project at a time of your choice. When you meet with our owner rick, you will find that he will listen to you and your concerns, provide you with much information regarding your projects product application methods, warranties and pricing transparency. We provide estimates onsite, accept payment online or in person, provide detailed pricing, caring about you and your home is our first priority while we are there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners have a combined 35 years of painting experience. Our team continues to exercise additional education. When it comes to Eco-Friendly application and coatings, anti bacterial coatings, refined modified coatings we are learning the markets newest and greatest for you.
