- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time to sit down with my new clients and make sure that they are informed on the buying and selling process. My clients become part of my team and I want to make sure they are prepared to have a successful transaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive knowledge in real estate from my background in not only home sales, but property management as well. I have held licenses in three states which all include extensive training and ongoing continuing education. On top of my professional training and the work I've done for my clients I have bought two homes of my own as well as sold my own home so I understand what it's like to be on the client's side of the transaction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the real estate industry for over 5 years, but my love for this industry has been in my blood since I was a child. I have always loved homes and I truly love people, so real estate is a natural career match for me. I love going to bat for my clients and being able to share in the process of these great life changes. I truly love what I do and couldn’t imagine doing anything different.
