The team had a major overhaul on their hands when they arrived to our home. They had to unpack all our boxes and organize some very jumbled and disorganized boxes. They also had to find space in our very small kitchen. They did all of this with excellent professionalism, grace, skill and style. Our house is move in ready thanks to Mary, Bruce, Sarah and Jenna. Our kitchen, closets, pantry, cupboards, playroom and garage look amazing!! Thanks a million!

The Whole Package definitely was the whole package! I am a fairly organized person in general, but I am very busy and it takes me some time to get to organizing things and the Whole Package took great care of me! My closets are now manageable the layout of my condo is much more efficient.
They gave me several ideas about how to organize specific areas of my home and they laid out everything they worked on in an easy to deal with way so I wouldn't need to be interrupted for long periods of time to deal with organizing, which is just what I needed.
I work from home and it's such a relief to be in an organizedhome. I used to stress out about how cluttered everything was and I no longer worry about it. Thanks again for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $75 per hour for the lead organizer and $65 per hour for team organizers. We always haul away a carload of donations at no additional cost after each organizing session.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a free initial consultation over the phone, 10-15 minutes. Then we make an appointment for the first organizing session. You can choose to be a part of the process to whatever degree you are comfortable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are members of Utah Professional Organizers and have served on their board, have received a certificate of completion for the Clear and SIMPLE Level I Training, teach a class about organizing at the University of Utah's Lifelong Learning program, and regularly read and stay current on the latest trends in organizing.
