- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price according to the size of the job and how easy it is to access your trees. If we are removing a tree in your backyard, we can use equipment that will allow us to remove the tree without damaging your home, fences, or property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lets get you connected with a real human so you can provide the details for the work you want done. We'll schedule you for a FREE estimate. Often, we can provide pricing from a picture if you can send one to us. If an estimate is scheduled, an arborist will come out to review the work you want done. This is a great time for you to ask questions about what does and does not need to be done. Once you're happy with the estimate, we'll schedule your work. Our crews will have detailed notes and pictures about the work to be done and will complete the work and clean up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
You work with trained arborists throughout your entire project. We are ISA Certified
