collect information on what they are looking for. then meet, make SEOMapIT (our trademarked visual process), generate stats and reports, make proposal, meet again if neede to over over reports and proposal. Start project.

yes we teach you and help you learn the basic and what you can do to help your sites. We also do seminars and teach class's.

no specific we do every niche and we learn the ones of our clients. We work with pediatric dentist and chiropractors to more broad like divorce and criminal defense lawyers, to national and international company in freight industry and ecommerce.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
that it is a profession- we cant tell a custom home builder how to frame a house because they know and are specialized in that, such that we are specialized in SEO and online marketing, that is why you need to hire an agency. It is not smart to think you can and be consistent and or have a assistant office manager do it.
