John was great. I had him frame our basement. He had a reasonable bid and was a great communicator throughout the process. He would let me know if he wasn't going to be around and kept me updated on what work he was doing very well.
I have some finishing work I need to have done in the future and plan on using John again.
Update: I had someone come to review the fire blocking and John hadn't done any of the fire blocking that was required while he framed my basement. Making it ready to pass inspections was certainly a fundamental aspect of the framing job and it seems it was entirely undone.
