FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With Dry Wall we give very competitive prices without compromizing quality and efficiency. We guarantee customer satisfaction. We will always be sure to do a work that is as perfect as possible with a realistic expectation of a patch job. With carpentry we cannot give upfront cheap prices only to add in a bunch of extra charges during the project. We honor the prices we give, and will often give discounts at the end of projects if they go smooth. Pleasant surprises are the best surprises at the end of projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Drywall Patchwork it is important to be able to determine the size of the patch, where it is located (ceiling, walls, rooms), what type of texture you want, and if you want it painted. We can determine these things by pictures and by communicating either by message or phone call. For Carpentry Jobs Getting eyes on the project is the best way we can determine how to be the most helpful so we’ll schedule a visit soon after being connected with people. After meeting potential clients, we listen to what the client wants and we make suggestions and answer questions so we’re on the same page. We put a material list together if the job calls for it and give our price. If we have all green lights then we get materials ordered and get those clients on our schedule based on delivery dates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A mountain of experience. Our family has been in the DryWall Carpentry Business for over 20 years.
