They responded to me almost immediately and scheduled someone to come give me an estimate later that afternoon. Gene showed up right on time and actually did half of the job (got my door back on the rails) that same day! He then scheduled the rest of the job a few days later. Again was right on time and finished the job quickly and professionally. Everything works great and Gene gave us great advice on potential future issues and care. All of the work was done for a very reasonable price and I couldn't be happier with the process

Gene did the repair. He did an excellent job. He only did what was necessary; he didn't do anything that didn't need to be repaired. He also took the time to educate me on how garage doors work, how they wear, what to watch for, and how to take care of them. I would certainly recommend them.

Affordable Garage Doors did a great job! Our garage door broke and wouldn't close and they came out that day and were able to fix it. We ordered a new door through them as well and they were super helpful with color selection and helped us get exactly what we wanted. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide every customer with a free estimate. We never charge a service call. We will complete a 21 point safety inspection to get a better understanding of your garage door problem. We provide you with upfront pricing before we ever begin any work. We warranty all our work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to let the customer have control. We provide each customer options for their repair. We let the customer decide the scope of work. We're very flexible with our pricing. Every customer gets a Free 21-point safety inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
During the 15 years I have been in the garage door industry, I've had the opportunity to attend quarterly seminars to learn about trouble shooting garage door systems. I'm currently IDEA certified as a sectional door systems expert.
