What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the Home of the $25 mow. Most homes we maintain are $25 which are avgerage size lawns. We go of lot acreage so .25 acre lot is $25.
Weekly mowing includes edging, trimming, blowing off of debri and grass haulage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over in detail what we provide on a weekly basis.
Then I make sure to know what each customer expects and if there are any special requests.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing lawn care since I was a young kid. I believe I have learned evertything there is to know about maintaining lawns.
It's not rocket science but if you dont get the right company it can be a disaster.
