- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is in a basic cleaning in a basic house which is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen dining room, living room.Which includes sweeping, mopping, vaccum all floors light dusting, bathrooms, counter tops from $95.00- $120.00 depending on how long it's been since last cleaning . Move outs depending on how dirty and size are they the house, move ins also how dirty and size. Also if you refer me to 3 of your friends and they hired us to do at least a BASIC cleaning you get 20 % off your next basic cleaning. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time to meet , I present my self and tell customers a little bit about my self and what we do in my cleaning company. Then we go over the customers needs of my services,We set up a quote and then the day the customer needs services done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
To be honest I didn't took any special courses to learn how to clean, I been married for 23 years I also have 4 wonderful children and a dog.I think that all I know I have learn it with all this years. I also think that if you want to accomplish something in life all you need is work hard and dedication you will succeed.
