The whole experience is amazing. I really can't find anything even mildly negative to say. Right when I created the job on Thumbtack, Spencer reached out to me very quickly after. He showed up on time for our appointment and did an amazing job with the tuning. I have a couple of sticky keys that he's willing to repair with no extra costs. Overall, it is a very good service. I would definitely go to Spencee for my tuning from now on. Highly recommended to anyone looking for piano tunning services.
