- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My services are FREE for buyers. Sellers from Thumbtack automatically receive a 1% listing discount off our 6% listing fee. First-time buyers will receive a free appraisal and home warranty (approx. $1,000 savings) Buyers who also have a home to sell, will receive an additional .5% discount off the 6% listing fee. For property management services, we can tailor a package to your needs but generally speaking, we charge $750 for an initial account setup and to fill the vacancy. I then charge 10% of the rent collected. I don't have other fees charged to the owner during a lease. It's pretty simple and straight forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It all depends on your needs. If you have a home to sell, I can give you a rough approximation of value of your home after reviewing the home's details, amenities, location etc. I would love to meet at your home so I can appropriately assess your home's value in a more meaningful way. For buyers... I just want to know what you want. Let's get you to a great lender to pre-approve you and then let's start viewing homes that you choose! MY AVERAGE BUYER DOESN'T HAVE TO MAKE MORE THAN 2 OFFERS BEFORE GETTING ONE ACCEPTED!!!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed Realtor. I have also completed the necessary education to obtain my broker's license which means I have additional education and experience beyond that of the average agent.
