What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm willing to work with you to stay within your budget. I serve clients of all income levels and abilities to pay. I can offer first-year discounts, if necessary. I also offer a very lucrative referral program. If you successfully refer your friends, family, colleagues, or clients, *******************************************. There is no limit to how many of these referral discounts you can receive.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After obtaining contact information for you as a new client, I send you a link to my google calendar in which you can book a free remote consultation with me to discuss your needs and your particular personal and/or business tax situation. After the consultation, I will send you a secure document upload link so you can share your previous three years of tax returns. Once I load this into my tax software, I will send you another link to my tax software so you can fill out an online tax organizer and upload your current tax "provided by client" documents. Once I have input your return into my tax software and you have signed off on it, I will send you another link to schedule time on my schedule for another meeting to go over your tax return and answer your questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in accounting from BYU-Provo and a law degree from Seattle University School of Law. I am an active CPA and member of the UT bar association.
