Alex was really great - I asked him to do something he had never done before (installing electronic overhead garage storage). He did the research, found the best solution, and took his time installing it. He ran into some issues with the product, but he worked with the manufacturer to get it resolved. He spent a lot of extra time to make sure it was done well, which we really appreciated. Will hire him again for future projects for sure!

Alex was absolutely fantastic! 10/10 Originally Alex came out about a month ago for a quote on doing drywall, insulation, flooring, baseboards, and painting. He was extremely communicative and was willing to come out for a free quote immediately. After the original quote, I was waiting for my insurance for about a month to see if they would pay for the damages from a leak into my condo. Once I got the go ahead from the insurance, I reached out to Alex and he responded immediately and put me on his schedule for the following Monday. Throughout this process, Alex was always on time and came every single day of the week and was always in Communication with me regarding the repairs and the condo. Not only did he finish the entire job in one week, but he did an amazing job with the flooring and the transition pieces as well as the drywall and the framing around the doors. He really turned this place into what it should be and I can’t thank him enough for everything that he’s done. In addition, his pricing was extremely fair and he quoted extremely reasonable compared to other people that I had to come out and quote the job. I’ve attached some before and after photos. Sadly I didn’t take any photos before I filled the room back up with my stuff. But he truly did an amazing job!

My price is $25 dollars per hour, but depending on the service I charge per project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
He tell me what he needs and if possible send photos and I already give an estimate per message or we scheduled to go to the place and see what he needs. After that I send a quote by email to see if it will be approved.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always enjoyed fixing things, but after I worked for 2 years in construction I knew that was what I wanted to work with.
