- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing for tile as there are so many variables for each job. What works on one job may not on yours. Pricing will be similar but not so much that a pricing system can be used.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you have seen the initial basic numbers Thumbtack sends out and you contact us I'll come out verify the space and tile needed and we can move forward with picking a tile and design that work with your space and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of tile experience. Which ranges from commercial, residential, low end track homes and high end custom homes. I have run 2 person crews to 5 person crews. I prefer working with the Home Owner who has had the low end track home install and is ready for a quality custom or semi custom tile install.
