- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I've worked with enough unique clients to know that each need is different. Instead, after you give me some details, I will give you an exact quote. It's a quick and easy process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to listen to the customer be it in person or over the phone to find out what is really needed. After that, I will write up a quote so we can agree on exactly what will be done at what price. I like things to be very straight forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've earned Bachelors degrees in Film and Illustration. That was only a few years of my life a long time ago. It was more like a kick start to a lifetime of learning and growing. I am always looking for online training, live workshops and opportunities to research and try out new things. Life isn't fun unless you're learning something new.
