- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a small, local business. We don't carry business debt and we don't have a lot of overhead. That translates to big savings for our customers. Our pricing takes into account the overall size of the job, the current condition areas and the finish quality that fits the customer’s budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we exchange general information on line I'm more than happy to have further discussions over the phone and even schedule an on site quote. I understand the need to be flexible to accommodate the needs of my customers.
