I watched my mom take peoples photos since I was little and decided I wanted to try. I started with videography but ended up falling in love with photography.

Introduction: Hey, I'm Emily Wares. I've been shooting personal & couple portraits, engagements, and weddings since I was 15 & have finally started my professional business this year which has been amazing to be apart of so many special and memorable moments in people's lives. It's what makes what I do in my opinion one of the most rewarding jobs. Being able to capture all the feelings of love and bliss through my lens for someone to remember forever because a photo is more than just a photo, it's a legacy.
I want to create that for you. I'm more than just a girl with her camera putting people in staged positions for a quick photograph. I want to capture those real, raw moments. The big belly laughs, goosebumps, the happily unplanned, swing dancing in the outdoors, the quiet and loud moments, the real stuff. Because at the end of it all what matters is looking back and remembering and progressing towards more loving memorable moments.
