Great place for relief from stress! I got alot out of the combined therapy of Yoga and acupuncture. Heatherâs ability to pinpoint what needs to be done with back pain is amazing and effective. I have been practicing Yoga here for over 6 months and the variety is great! I love the detox class on Mondays with Kristina Gandy. Come join us. The overall effect on me has been wonderful! Our clinic offers a fresh new approach to healthcare. Conventional medicine wants to give you a medication to suppress a symptom, but at East West, we look at the underlying cause of the symptom and then use acupuncture, nutrition and herbal medicine to enhance your ability to heal. We enhance function rather than suppress function. We have found that nearly 100% of the individuals who walk through our doors and follow through on their care will have enhanced health and restored function. With over 60% of America's population overweight (and growing), we have focused a great deal of research in weight loss. We have found a very simple method of using acupuncture and diet to turn on the 6 major fat-burning hormones in your body and have found ways to shut off your 3 major fat-storing hormones. We also treat pain conditions, from neuropathy to low back pain and headaches, and treat all kinds of gastrointestinal issues as well. Our clinic is very clean and friendly. We help you get over your fear of acupuncture by educating you on how acupuncture works and then by providing a gentle yet powerful treatment. If you or anyone you know have any health concerns, then we would invite you in for a complimentary evaluation to see if we can help. Sincerely Regan Archibald, LAc.(show more)
I am an explorer of many things–Integrative Medicine Practices, the outdoors, and athletic pursuits. In practicing Chinese Medicine I aim to bring health and wellness to my surrounding communities. I believe one can sustain a happy healthy lifestyle via nutrition, physical movement, and stimulating the smooth flow of Qi. My focuses are on but not limited to sports medicine acupuncture and injury rehabilitation. I am also passionate about treating emotional disorders, women’s health, auto immune disorders, and minimizing the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation treatments. During the 540 hours of clinical internship I treated patients at the UCSD Oncology Center of Integrative Medicine, the American Legion Veterans Clinic and at the Pacific College clinic on campus.(show more)

I want to maintain human interaction. I think it's very important, so I don't see a lot of patients each day. I want to give my full attention to each person, and make sure that every person knows that I truly care about him and will do everything that I can for him.
Most of his patients have common heath problems like neck pain, weight gain, obesity, anxiety, depression, insomnia as well as chronic and difficult disease patterns which have not been successfully treated by allopathic medicine. He also has patients with more serious ailments like strokes, cancer and paralysis.
I think that my most successful and favorite project was treating a retired U.S. Air Force Four-Star General. After having survived several wars including having been shot down as a fighter pilot in Vietnam, he tripped and hit his head while getting up to use the restroom at night. He suffered a brain injury which put him into a coma, and he nearly died. He was left partially paralyzed.By treating him with acupuncture, I was able to help him to fully recover. He is now 100% normal and playing golf again.
Michael knows what he's doing and he's very good in providing appropriate help to one's health problem. So don't settle for just anything, go with Classical Ways.
