Jameson (and the rest of the Logic Property Management team) were tireless in their efforts to ensure our satisfaction. As a tenant, I always felt that my voice and opinion mattered, which has certainly not always been the case in my experience with other property management companies. Jameson was a perfect liason, and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I can easily say that my experience leasing the property would not have been nearly as smooth if Jameson had not been such a great advocate. Every transaction and communication was completely transparent and logical, there were never any "hidden" charges or fees, and the interface of their website is very user-friendly. The five-star rating was definitely well-earned, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Logic Property Management to anyone on the market for property management services.

Joe was very easy to contact and accommodating in coordinating an appointment, as multiple parties were involved. Joe conducted the the inspection of the property and then met with me at the property upon completion to walk through the unit and review his findings. When I arrived, Joe was polite, friendly and well dressed, this is important to me because he is representing me in someone else's home. Joe was conscientious to turn off lights and replace panels as we went through the home, showing respect for the current owners. I found his onsite tour helpful, he pointed out items of interest and items needing to be addressed. He had an in depth knowledge of repairs and costs. I appreciated him pointing out the things I could do myself. He answered all my questions thoroughly. Because Joe uses up to date technology when conducting his reports, I had my in inspection in my email less than two after leaving the inspection. The report was well detailed including photos. His pricing is very fair, well worth the money for the good information. I would highly recommend Joe. As a nice touch, Joe gives you an informative and easy to understand book on home inspections upon completion of your site tour.

I am very pleased with my business relationship with Glen and Renters Warehouse. Glen was on top of everything needing to be done, without delay. I was impressed on the timeliness, communication and attention to detail he displayed and it was refreshing to work with someone who flat out gets things done. We were in need of selling my mother-in-law's home in West Valley and we contacted Scott Bennett for advice and assistance. Scott provided us with a market comparability overview and also visited us at the home and provided advice on how we could upgrade the home to sell it quickly.
