Our pricing is based on square footage, floor condition, and coating type. We offer package upgrades and occasional group discounts for neighbors or multi-space projects. All quotes are clear—no hidden fees—and we include moisture testing and surface prep as part of the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand your space, goals, and any concerns like moisture or cracking. Then we provide a clear quote and walk you through the prep and installation process. On the job, we show up on time, communicate often, and don’t leave until you’re happy with the results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in concrete surface prep, epoxy and polyaspartic installation, moisture mitigation, and flake broadcast techniques. I also draw from years of experience leading operational teams, where quality, safety, and execution mattered every day.
