- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically the process starts with a 20-30 minute consultation. I'll gather some information about the changes you want to make and answer any questions you may have. For remote sessions, this is also a good opportunity to work out any connectivity issues. Once you are ready we start your first hypnosis session or schedule it for a later time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists.

I have helped clients master anxiety, lose weight, stop smoking and more.
