Berna and Chris are like no other Realtor team out there. They invest every ounce of their time and resources into helping their customers, whether it's for buying or selling. They gladly showed us dozens and dozens of homes until we found the home we needed, and then effortlessly handled the negotiations of our new purchase. When listing our home, they took a very reasonable approach to the price point and counseled us how to accept an offer that best suited our needs. If we had listed on our own we probably would have just chosen the highest offer. (Seems logical, right?) Luckily for us, they taught us that if an offer needs full funding from a lender, the offer price is completely dependent on the home appraisal and may not hold up to whatever the potential buyer throws out there. Because of their professional knowledge and foresight, we ended up in the best situation a seller could ask for. I could not be happier with the service we received from Group 1 Real Estate and I highly recommend them for any home sale or purchase.

During our buying process they were available to answer any questions and help to solve any problems.After we closed on our home we had a few problems come up with the sellers. Berna made calls and got things taken care of quickly.I am proud to call them my friends. Their integrity as human beings carries through to their business.Kim Girod8/12/2022Here we are 6 years later and we had Chris and Berna as our selling agents on the same house.We needed to have the house sold after we moved out to another state. Chris and Berna handled everything for us. Getting cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc... in the house to get things done. Some of the offers we had come in were a little "odd", but they worked thru all of them with us. It was an awkward situation selling our house the way we did, but Group 1 walked us through it until we got it done.My experience with them was wonderful and honestly above and beyond what I would expect out of any agent.Wonderful people and amazing agents.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Their goal wasn't to just find us a house, but one we we loved. They gave great advice to us as first time home buyers, but never pushed or pressured us. They had some family things going on and were still so great to work with and went above and beyond. They are top knotch!
