Berna Helped me in the sale of my home during my divorce, Can I just say what a horrible time in life divorce can be? My head was spinning half the time and in no way did I think I could handle all the stress of the sale on top of it. Having Berna on top of things and Chris helping out so that I always had someone to answer any of my concerns at all times was the biggest, and I mean biggest relief ever!!! I was even all the way in Florida through most of the negotiations and they kept me calm and handled everything like seasoned pros. Chris and Berna handled everything for us. Getting cleaners, carpet cleaners, etc... in the house to get things done. Some of the offers we had come in were a little "odd", but they worked thru all of them with us. It was an awkward situation selling our house the way we did, but Group 1 walked us through it until we got it done.My experience with them was wonderful and honestly above and beyond what I would expect out of any agent.Wonderful people and amazing agents.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Their goal wasn't to just find us a house, but one we we loved. They gave great advice to us as first time home buyers, but never pushed or pressured us. They had some family things going on and were still so great to work with and went above and beyond. They are top knotch!
