- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give up front pricing that is set in stone. I try to make jobs as transparent as possible. I want the costumer to be excited and happy with whatever I do. I will never change a price or the job without talking to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can expect punctuality and up front prices. I won't give prices over the phone.. Prices will be given after I look at the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years in construction!
