Taylor was prompt, professional and very thorough investigating a backed up shower drain. He managed to clear the drain as well as unearthed a break in the union in my sump pump. He was able to replace the union and also addressed a leak on the other pump in the sump pump. All in the same freaking day. Very impressed with Taylor, he represents Valley Plumbing and Drain Cleaning incredibly well. Cant recommend enough.Fast forward 3 months later and I am still having issues with the ejector pump. Trayten and Trevor came to help diagnose the issue. They charged me $1161.82 to replace check valves on the ejector pump that did not fix my problem, then refused to help me finish resolving the fix (they recommended a massive fix involving running a new drain line to the city sewer). Frustrated, they offered to refund me a measly ~$350.I wound up using Keemer Plumbing, who were able to install a new ejector pump system and connect to the existing drain line by opening up some dry wall in the house for around $10k. The solution prescribed by valley plumbing would have been double or triple that with excavation.I am pretty disappointed in the outcome here and the unwillingness to make things right as well as the lack of follow-through by Valley Plumbing.
