We appreciated the very fast response to our request for an estimate. We received a call and Mitch came out within two hours. He provided an estimate on-site and offered to do the work then if we were happy with the cost. He did the work to convert the plumbing from a tub/shower to walk-in shower and all looks great. Mitch was knowledgeable and professional and all work needed is done. Thank you Valley Plumbing!!

Dallin was great! He took time when he came to give us an estimate to try to diagnose the problem and to give us options. When he came to do the work, he was punctual and well prepared. The cost was significantly less than other companies estimates which we were grateful for. Jackson was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the services clearly before work began and gave us a very fair estimate. He then introduced Kaiden and Demetrius whom he put to work immediately. They worked long hours over multiple days with great attitudes and respect for the homeowners. Final product was exceptional.Kaiden is a stud. He is strong and respectful. He explained to me multiple times what was happening and went to the trouble to show me his craftsmanship as he worked and even entertained my grandson who was pretending to be a "workin' man".Demetrius is an amazingly talented professional. He also was kind to my grandson and so very respectful to my family. His work was professional and efficient. He was respectful with how clean he kept our home in the middle of huge messy job. He was genuinely interested in our family as she shared stories of his newborn. We felt like inviting him and Kaiden to dinner with us after they finished the job. Great men!

They mixed up my water softener lines so it went to our drinking water, but they quickly fixed the problem and refunded the money. Dallin was a pleasure to work with. Very humble, helpful, and hardworking. I would hire him again despite the mistake.
