- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
there is a 75$ diagnostic fee for appliances, that 75$ will be credited to the cost of repair, if you choose to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll generally start by gettimg some information about their issue and schedual a 75$ diagnostic visit where ill get info about the problem. ill then diagnose the issue and give the customer a solution for a repair. and answer any questions they might have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have about 12 years as a maintenance manager, 8 years as an appliance repair technician. which i currently also do full time tue through Sat, i also participate in ongoing training and learning. this realy is my livelihood.
