Amazing job. He was quick and kind and the carpets look great there were some stains. I tried to get out of the carpet before, but I couldn’t get them out. He was able to get the stains out no problem.

The whole process was super easy start to finish. They returned my request for an estimate within hours, had a spot available the same week and showed up exactly when they said they would! Then, the couch and the carpet we had cleaned looked amazing! They were able to get out spots we’d had for a while!

Team was very nice when booking and responsive when issues arose. While they tried to change the bid before they came, we came to a compromise so they could still come. We are pleased with the cleanliness of our carpets, but I had to have them come back to re-clean the upholstery on our chairs. The tops of the kitchen chair seats were clean, but the upholstery on the sides wasn't given as much attention, so it showed dirty after drying. In addition, we had them clean just the top cushion and side of our armchair, and unfortunately it looks worse after they left with large water stains and discoloration. We arranged for them to come back, and brought all the kitchen chairs into the front room near the front door to save them effort, but when he came back he seemed frustrated at us and cleaned the chairs again and said "it can't get any better", and was gone in 10 minutes. And unfortunately our armchair still has water stains and discoloration and chairs aren't as good as the tops, but we don't feel we will get a better resolution if we pursued it further. Conclusion, please use Voda for your carpets, but from our experience, they are inexperienced with cleaning upholstery.
