I was very happy with the work. He showed up on time. His communication through the process was great. He worked hard to try to remove a difficult stain. He took tired looking carpets and brought them back to life.

Eric was a nice guy and tried hard to get my carpets clean. They were stained really badly. However, the method of cleaning he uses was not what I was expecting and does not effectively nor thoroughly clean carpets, especially deep pile shag carpet like mine.

He uses what I believe is called a bonnet cleaning, which cleans the surface. It is my understanding that this method is better for a maintenance cleaning and not a deep cleaning like I needed. It kind of rubs the dirt around and spreads it.

I wish that he would have told me that his method wasn't going to do a very good job on my carpet. The stains are lighter and the carpet is an improvement over what it was, but my carpets are still filthy and now I will need to pay someone else for a steam extraction cleaning.

Hi Rachelle, I know it's several months later but I'm just now seeing this review. I'm sorry you weren't happy with the carpet cleaning. I work hard to satisfy every customer and this is my first negative review after two years in business. Had I known you weren't happy with the results I would have cleaned them again with a different method. My primary method does not spread or rub dirt around but like you said they were very dirty and had many difficult stains. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
