Star-Tech was very responsive to my computer problem, helpful and competent and did a really great job repairing my computer. I'm really happy with it and am glad that I made the choice to use him. The repair was done in less than 24 hours and Kris reached out several times to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost and how long it would take.
