Chris is a straight shooter. Great communication and punctual. Diagnosed the problem quickly and helped work out a good plan for the AC. Fair and honest and completely transparent with his process. No pressure or upsale like a lot of companies. He will be our first call for any additional service or when the AC finally bites the dust.
