Josh was very responsive. He came over the Monday after I texted him and got our treadmill tuned and fixed the slipping issues we were having. He was also upfront about the price for the tune-up repair (which was about the going rate based on my research).

Josh did a great job. Was able to diagnose the issue with my treadmill and find a replacement part for me. He also looked at my vacuum and got it working like normal again I will use them again in the future.

Josh was awesome. My Treadmill was making a loud squelching noise.
Josh has a reasonable tune up price.
He was prompt on communicating. Knowledgeable and willing to investigate the problem.
Thank you Josh

I had an older exercise bike with a challenging problem to solve. Josh was honest and open about what could and couldn't be done. We reached a satisfactory resolution, and I'm happy with the result. Will definitely call in the future if the need arises.
