Josh was very responsive. He came over the Monday after I texted him and got our treadmill tuned and fixed the slipping issues we were having. He was also upfront about the price for the tune-up repair (which was about the going rate based on my research).

Josh was prompt reaching out to me after my search for someone to repair my exercise bicycle. He was able to schedule me for the next day and determine what was needed. He wasted no time attempting to find parts and get back to me with bids that same evening. Ultimately, I decided the equipment was not worth the cost of repairs. He hauled away the bike the very next day so I didn't need to search for another person to do that. Both times Josh made appointments he let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. I would definitely use him again if his expertise was needed.
