Mari did a full cleaning on our home. She was great, she showed up right on time, communicated all the important details and left our house emasculate. All the things I avoid cleaning were done perfectly by her, not sure I could ever get shower glass that clean. We plan to hire her again very soon if not weekly. Definitely recommend her for any job big or small.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I do not charge by the hour but instead I will give them a price after I see what they want me to clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is making it as simple and easy as possible for them by asking simple questions such as if it’ll be a one time cleaning or if they aren’t sure yet and would like to see after the job is done. Also I always make sure they know I have to firsthand see what I will be cleaning so I can give them an accurate price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training from a few different companies on how to properly clean homes and from other people who have been in the business for quite some time.
