Very responsive, flexible, and professional. Cleaned after (and around) a construction crew, and did all that they could to bring the place into line. Also had the crew come for two other projects. I can speak to the logistics in organizing, which were very good. As to the cleaning quality, I've been told 'it looks good'.

Did an amazing job cleaning our home. I have hired multiple house cleaners, but they are the absolute best. They folded blankets into bows and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

First off, the three ladies did an amazing job. Communication was very professional and easy to set up an appointment for our first time. They spent about three hours and it ended up being $180. Because of the quality of work, and in such a short time, (much shorter and WAY better than what we could have done), it was well worth it. They even cleaned our kids room which was unexpected, and folded the extra blankets into neat shapes. When the kids saw their rooms, they absolutely loved it. Spectacular job all around. We would, and will be highly recommending them to all. We would love to work with them again. Thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the different size and condition of each home the average price ranges from $90 to $140.
A standard cleaning for a home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, includes the following:
Dusting
Scrubbing Bathrooms
Sweeping
Vacuumming
Mopping the floor
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer first I will get the customer's address, then we will discuss over the phone a time that I could come to the home and evaluate the space I will be cleaning.
Once I am at the costumer's home, I will then give a free estimate.
This allows me to see the work that needs to be done, see the space I will be working with, and discuss the price.
I will also ask questions such as: Is it a one-time service or continual service?
What specific areas do you want cleaned- routine cleaning or deep cleaning?
By doing this I will be able to give a fair price and be able to meet the expectations he/she desires once my work is complete.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It was a life-skill I have developed that lead to 5 years of employment in this field. Now, I am excited to have the opportunity to be able to run my own business.
