I worked out with Cody 5 days a week for 4 months. Cody went way above and beyond. The reasons are as follows. He woke up everyday at 5 a.m. and drove 30 minutes plus to the gym from December until mid March. Arriving at around 6:00 a.m. He always had a great attitude and was ready to go. His qualities are consistency, knowledge, friendliness, powerlifting, empathy and honesty. He was never late and he was always prepared with something to do. He is more up to date on the current lifting strategies and has a wide variety of ideas and ways to implement them in ways to get you where you want to go. I was hitting personal records sometimes multiple times a week. And most importantly he made it fun and didn't make it so that I was exhausted. Which made going to the gym easy. So it was the best of both worlds gains with no pain. Highly highly highly recommend Cody!!! 🦾👍😎

I worked with Cody for over a year. He helped me lose 20 pounds and helped me hit personal strength gains that I didn’t believe were possible. Cody has an amazing attitude and zest for life. He was always punctual and we trained 4x a week. Cody worked with my crazy schedule and provided me with a flexible schedule. Ultimately I paused training with Cody due to some personal and work matters. Once I get in a better place with my schedule I plan to begin training with him again. I would recommend Cody Pipkin to anyone, he’s an amazing trainer and someone o consider my friend!
