- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If insurance is involved, we help document damage and guide homeowners through the claims process. Once approved, we schedule the project quickly, keep communication open throughout the job, and make sure the property is cleaned thoroughly when everything is complete. Our goal is to make the entire process simple, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish.
