He surprised us by showing up the day before we expected him to. Did a nice job and cleaned up before they left. Price was as promised and reasonable.

The initial consultation went smoothly. I had work that took me out of town for the following week. We set up the appointment for the Monday I would return. They showed up the week I was out of town. When I returned I called Jake and had to have them return to finish. When all was said and done I was pleased with the work. Just wished they would have showed up when scheduled.

Set up an appointment, didn't show, no call, no text, no follow up to my voice mail. I had even requested at the time we made the appt that he please let me know if he was running late or needed to reschedule because I had to drive a distance to meet him for the appointment. Extremely unprofessional and speaks volumes about the kind of professionalism anyone considering hiring him can expect.
