Steve is a pro! In addition to knowing the basics for professional recording, he has insights that can take your project and make it more/better than you originally envisioned. Steve helped me record an audiobook. I was thinking it would be a basic recording with me talking, but he added in some sound transitions and recommended different voices for pull quotes and the intro that upped the quality level of the finished product.

There are times in a Thespian’s (Actor's) life that are revered, such as when you get your first agent, or when you book/film and then watch on TV your 1st National Commercial, or when you book and then perform the lead role in a top stage production, or when you finally get to join SAG/AFTRA, those are all formidable benchmarks and very emotional once realized. Well, Steve O'Neill, of O'Neill Productions just finished playing a dominant role in my most recent celebratory moment as a performer. Steve and his company (O'Neill Prods.) in record time, produced my VERY 1st EVER, "D E M O R E E L SERIES" which showcases my performances as an actor and voice-over artist. Steve masterfully integrated his personal insights as a performer himself, with his expertise as a video and audio savant, to create a demo series for me that would rival other production demos costing hundreds more!!! To say that I’m overjoyed at what O'Neill Productions has created and produced for me would be a colossal understatement. I'm absolutely enthralled by the work products of O'Neill Productions, and especially by the character, integrity and professionalism of the man himself, Mr. Steve O'Neill. Bravo, Steve. . .B R A V O ! ! !

Steve is a great professional to work with. He took care of a videoshooting and video edition for us, briefing the speaker and doing the cameraman and editor/producer tasks for us as well on a remote project. He communicates really clearly and punctually and is very attentive to the client's needs. The whole team truly appreciated working with him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are "Negotiable" and flexible project to project...budget to budget. We can email a customer our rate sheet at anytime that details pricing for everything. However "standard rates" for Video Production are $500.00/Half Day Shoot, $1,000/Full Day Shoot. Video Post-Production is $150.00 per hour. Audio Recording and Post-Production is $125.00 per hour. HOWEVER, again...everything is negotiable and we always try to work with our customers budgets!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FIRST: An initial meeting; get to know each other as well as the customers needs. Find out what goals and expectations they have for their audio or video project, and find out what their hoping to achieve with their project. Next we like to know how they plan to use their project; just personal use or television and/or radio advertising, internet or social media advertising/marketing, web ad's, website promotional videos, a wedding video...do they need DVD/CD distribution, etc., as well as what markets and deadline dates. Next we discuss their budget for their projects, and discuss what we can do to fit into their budget and what we can't. Then negotiate what we will do, and come up with a final fixed price or a comfortable flexible cost that the customer has agreed upon and approved. SECOND: Draw up the agreement/contract and have both parties sign and date. Receive "Down" Payment" on signing. THIRD: Another meeting to go over "Pre-Production" and "Creative Services"; Copy Writing (Radio), Script Writing (TV or Video), Talent Casting & Auditions, Location Scouting, Project Shoot or Recording Dates, Deadlines again, If Permits are needed, Shot lists, etc. FOURTH: Production Begins FIFTH: Setup a time for the customer to listen to or view their project(s). Have them listen or view, then either approve or make any revisions. SIXTH: Deliver final audio or video project to customer, receive final payment in full for services rendered on delivery. LASTLY: Ask the Customer for a "Review"
