I was told by the Microsoft store that my laptop was totaled. It wouldn't even turn on. I found these guys and Brandon disconnect the battery and plugged it in and it started up! He was able to get it through the recovery process and get it working again. I still have the battery disconnected, and everything is working perfectly. Just has to be plugged in. So now I have a working laptop. I had no idea that a bad battery would prevent a laptop from even turning on. And why didn't the Microsoft store catch that?! For what he's going to charge you, you can't find a better repair guy.

I have a flat rate pricing system. If you need a house call then it's my flat rate price but hourly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I work in the field which requires me to stay up to date. I also have subscriptions to online video workshops that I continue to learn from.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took a few classes at Salt Lake Community College on computer repair and I fell in love with the profession. I loved working on computer and working in the technology field. I love how fast paced the technological advances are. I have a serious passion for what I do.
