Tyson is not a trade, he is an excellent craftsman and he knows decks well. Even though I have a small deck, he never cut corners. I got the same treatment as someone with a six figure deck. The attention to detail was flawless. I also really appreciated how he was in-tune with the weather and ensured the stain had time to cure. Tyson intentionally delayed the final step in his process because of the forecast. Fortunately, the curing time was just enough before monsoon rain and hail pelted the deck. I am really pleased with the outcome. The cost was well worth it.

Ty was very transparent through the whole process of refinishing our deck. He was clear about costs from the beginning, helped us identify higher and lower priority fixes, and was thoughtful about the timing of the project given we had some weather difficulties. The finished product looks phenomenal and we spend so much more time on our deck now than before. Big thanks to Ty and his assistant for their diligent work!

Tyson was wonderful to work with. He was thorough with his bid and adjusted when we had alternate requests. He communicated when we had to cancel due to weather and showed up when he said he would. Work quality was excellent and he left the worksite clean. We had our redwood entry stairs rebuilt by Tyson because they were rotted through. I’ll be hiring Tyson for other jobs in the future!
