Just hire Mike. He re did a job that a sloppy framer screwed up and I could not be happier. The job was creating new rough opening for bigger exterior window. He and his dad were honest, fast, great to work with, very professional, I will be hiring them again. Thank you!!!

I just spoke with Mike regarding a potential project and found him to be attentive, helpful, and honest about what I should be paying for a small framing and drywall job. I will absolutely call/hire him for any future framing projects! Thank you Mike!!

Mike was the absolute best! His work is impeccable and he offers a fair price. Mike framed out our entire unfinished basement. One of the things I appreciated the most was his communication with us. Mike was here when he said he would be and finished the job in a timely manner. We can’t thank him enough for how professional and respectful he was while in our home. We will for sure be calling Mike for any future framing needs and I highly recommend you do too!

I was so impressed with Chad and his knowledge from day one. I had a very complicated basement with a ceiling that needed multiple steps and fur downs. He took the time to be precise and accurate from day one. He found several areas in the basement where the builder/inspectors also missed critical building safety protocols. Including adding brackets under the stairs, fixing a leaning foundation post, adding fire blockers. Because the builder was not willing to fix the problems quickly he did it to keep my project on time. He not only completed the framing in time (even with all the extra work) but he cleaned up messes the other people had left behind. The HVAC company left an unsealed hole around a pipe going outside. You could literally see outside from inside my house! He sealed that. He also moved a vent that was placed incorrectly. Aside from all that he made modifications to my floor plans that were drawn up incorrectly. Such as door sizes, closet sizes and off centered windows. He even asked me where I was going to mount my TV so he could add reinforcers. He is a perfectionist, took on a complicated job which only got more complicated for him with new discoveries. He worked 15 hour days and weekends to meet my deadline, he was kind to our family, respectful and cleaned up all of the saw dust messes and even took an extra step to spray for spiders before Sheetrock starts. I was so impressed I hired his partner to do the Sheetrock and finishing. I don’t think I could have made a better decision. His price was the best I found, and I don’t think other framers would have caught everything he did. Already making a list of other house projects I can use him for! I would highly recommend him to anyone. The work is top notch and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing!
