They very quickly picked up my cry for help, as our roof randomly started leaking a few days before we were set to leave out of town. Junior reached out and was on my roof assessing the situation in 2 - 3 hours from when I submitted the issue on Thumbtack. He set up a time to come back the next day and we were all patched up in less than 24 hours. I can't speak much to cost as I don't know what standard rates, prices, etc. go for a job like this, but I feel like it was reasonable for the amount of time they spent working and for how quickly they responded and fixed my issue. Grateful for their services!
