- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the project, not hourly. A lot of the times we assist our clients with design ideas, looking and buying supplies/materials, picking up all materials needed for project. It’s easier for us to charge a fee for entire project, instead of keeping track of hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically come out to job site to get as much information as possible and make sure we can be a good fit for what you need done. This way, we will be able to give you an accurate estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BK Toolbox is family owned and operated business. We have years of training and experience with construction, home renovations and improvements, interior design and great customer service.
