- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair, honest, and based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning needed. I offer free estimates and walk you through what’s included before we get started. There are no hidden fees. I also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and special rates for move-in/move-out jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to chat by phone or message to get a good idea of what you’re looking for. Then, if needed, I’ll come by for a quick walk-through to give a more accurate estimate. Once we agree on the details, I’ll schedule the cleaning at a time that works best for you and make sure everything is handled with care and attention to detail.

I have years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning, and I stay up to date on the best techniques and products to make sure your home is cleaned safely and thoroughly. I’ve worked with all kinds of surfaces, materials, and setups, so I know how to tailor my work to fit each home’s needs.
