- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the need of our new customer and find out what seems to be the biggest issue that bothers his/her. Find the solution and present with a precisely estimate based on job requirement. The most important is to work with customers at their availability and affordability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We had a special hand-on training on works that we perform to our customers. With mentality of open minded, we are continuously learning every new aspect of technology to enable solving problems quickly and efficiently for our clients. We're focusing consciously on customer service and quality of work at its best !
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been passionate about helping businesses grow. With a background in business strategy and financial planning, I saw a need for well-structured business plans that actually help businesses secure funding. Over the years, I have worked with startups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to create clear, professional business plans that lead to success.
