- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very competitive and vary depending on what the needs are for each of my clients. I offer my services based on what type and level of service will be the most appropriate for the continued success of each business owner. The prices are determined after I have either met or spoken to my client and have analyzed in detail what the immediate needs are for his/her business and I tailor the services to those specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My most important goal in our very first conversation/meeting is to establish a connection and trust with my future clients. This conversation/meeting is all about them and their business. I want to know what motivates my clients; what are their goals; where do they come from; how did they choose the business they are working so hard for; and how can I make things better, more efficient and easier for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 25 years of work experience in managing all aspects of small businesses experiencing financial and operational difficulties. I acclimate to each business environment to best fit the needs of what the client’s business requires for growth. Aside from my extensive work and practical experience, I hold a dual bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management. Most importantly, I treat and value all my clients with the utmost respect and work hand-in-hand with them to nurture business relations that will last a lifetime.
