Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work. After diagnosing the issue, we explain the problem and all costs upfront before starting any repair. There are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for combined services or maintenance work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by discussing the issue and scheduling a visit at a convenient time. After a professional diagnosis, we clearly explain the problem, available repair options, and pricing. Once approved, we complete the repair and test the appliance to ensure everything is working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have completed certified appliance repair training programs and hold verified certificates. We are also EPA Section 608 certified, which allows us to work safely and professionally with refrigeration systems. Our team continues to stay up to date with modern appliances and repair standards.
