Jermaine was a great technician and provided excellent customer service. He was responsive via messaging and showed up on time. He inspected our carpets and suggested a treatment since the space formerly had pets. He worked quickly and transformed the carpets - they looked as good as new. We would definitely hire him again when we need carpetcleaning. Highly recommend.

This is my second time utilizing Jermaine’s services. He came through in the clutch for my move out carpetcleaning. He communicates, arrives on time, takes his time to make sure the job is done right then his personality makes you want to sit down with a beer afterwards. If you’re looking for quality service and a quality person look no further. Attached are just a few photos that show the quality of his work. Cheers!

Highly recommend Jermaine and his team at JR CarpetCleaning! He was quick to respond and the appointment was easy to arrange. Just to eliminate possible frustration, arrival time is estimated within an hour. Service was great quality and stains were nicely removed on stairs and hallways. I will be using this company in the future!
