DEL designed, built and installed a built-in bar height counter butcher block extension of my kitchen counter. Based on that project, I highly recommend DEL.
DEL was very responsive when I contacted them for an estimate. Luiz came out to see the space and discuss the project. He had some great suggestions based on his experience that I think really improved the final product.
I received a detailed and honest estimate with a clear scope of work and itemized material cost.
Project took 3 days. Luiz communicated really well and was on time. He kept the worksite tidy and left the space clean and organized at the end of each day.
As you can see from the pictures, the built in is very long. I have an older house so the walls are pretty uneven and the walls a bit wonky so I was concerned that the counter would either be uneven or not sturdy unless the carpentry was top notch. DEL pulled it off.! You can tell from the pics that the counter is rock solid and completely level!
In short, DEL is about detail, from beginning to end. I highly recommend them for carpentry, shelving and built-ins. My next project is a built-in bookcase and I’ll definitely be calling DEL!
