FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the project scope, system size, installation complexity, wall conditions, and any preparation or removal work required. Smaller assembly or shelving projects may have a minimum service charge, while larger closet, garage, pantry, or cabinet installations are quoted by project. We provide clear pricing before work begins whenever the scope and materials are confirmed. To give an accurate estimate, please share your ZIP code, project timeline, product link or brand, and basic dimensions. Photos are helpful when available. Materials, delivery, and retailer charges are separate unless specifically included in your written estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your project goals, ZIP code, desired timeline, and whether you already have a closet or organization system selected. If you are still deciding, we can provide guidance on options that fit your space, needs, and budget. Next, we confirm the scope, measurements, product details, and installation requirements. Once materials are available, we schedule the installation. On project day, we assemble, level, securely mount, and finish the system, then clean the work area and review the completed project with you.
